MY JOURNEY

My path into this worked was shaped by lived experience. I navigated periods of extreme anxiety, depression, chronic stress, chronic pain and addiction. Through my own healing process, l learnt that insight alone is rarely enough - change happens when the body feels safe enough to respond. This understanding continues to inform how I work with clients today.

HOW THIS WORK EVOLVED

Overtime, I trained in a range of body-based and awareness-focused approaches. Rather than following a single modality, my work evolved organically through practice, observation, and experience.

Earlier spiritual frameworks gradually gave way to a more grounded, somatic approach - one that prioritises nervous system regulation, clarity and integration without spiritualisation.

WHAT INFORMS MY PRACTICE

My work is informed by:

Somatic awareness

Subconscious integration

Nervous system education

Professional boundaries and ethics

Respect for each person's pace and autonomy

I focus on what supports real, lasting change rather than dramatic experiences.

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

My work is informed by extensive training in body-based approaches, breath-supported regulation, and energetic awareness, alongside years of practical experience supporting clients through deep emotional and physiological processes.

I continue to engage in learning and supervision to ensure this work is held with care, responsibility, and respect for nervous system capacity.

BEYOND THIS WORK

I am also a parent and currently homeschooling my children. This season of life shapes how I work - with presence, limits, and respect for natural rhythms. As a result, I keep a small caseload and practice within clear capacity.
